Return Policy

At Aeslyn Shop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days for an immediate exchange or refund.

**Return Conditions:**

- Products must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used bras or underwear. Be sure to try on new clothes with your own underwear.
- We recommend checking the size chart before placing an order. Where possible, choose a size larger if you prefer a comfortable fit.
- Changes are subject to availability and may be limited by geographic region.

**Return Process:**

1. Send an email to shopaeslyn@gmail.com indicating your order number, photographs of the items to be returned and the detailed reason for the return.
2. Our support team will respond within 1 to 3 business days.
3. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with shipping the returned products.

**Refunds:**

- Once we receive and verify the returned products, we will process your refund and apply it to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to different processing times from financial organizations.

**Shipping Costs:**

- Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless the return is caused by quality problems or our error.
- If the reason for the return is not due to quality problems or our error, you will be responsible for the freight cost.
